Job Summary
The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing exceptional therapy services, which encompass conducting patient screenings and evaluations, as well as formulating comprehensive treatment plans. This role also includes supervising Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians to ensure that therapy practices align with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient screenings and evaluations to assess needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to PTAs and Rehab Techs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant state and federal regulations regarding therapy practices.
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program recognized by the APTA.
- Possess a current and valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
