Job Summary
The Physical Therapist is tasked with assessing patients facing orthopedic and neurological issues to formulate and execute personalized treatment strategies. This role involves tracking patient advancements, maintaining clinical documentation, and working alongside the healthcare team to enhance functional mobility.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor and document patient progress and clinical outcomes.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to improve functional mobility.
Qualifications
- Graduates from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current state license required.
- Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care is preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
