Job Summary
The role involves providing direct, evidence-driven physical therapy services while working under the guidance of a licensed therapist. This position is focused on collaboration with the healthcare team to monitor patient advancement and contribute to the creation of personalized treatment strategies.
Responsibilities
- Administer hands-on physical therapy interventions according to treatment plans.
- Work alongside the clinical team to assess and document patient progress.
- Create and help implement individualized patient care plans in cooperation with a licensed therapist.
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Possess an active PTA license in the relevant state or be eligible to acquire one.
