Job description
As a physical therapist, your role involves delivering in-home therapy services aimed at enhancing the quality of life for patients. You will work closely with a dedicated team to guarantee that patients can live safely and comfortably in their own homes. Candidates must have graduated from an accredited physical therapy program and possess an up-to-date Wisconsin Physical Therapist license. A minimum of two years of clinical experience is preferred, along with familiarity with home health and hospice care settings.
