Job Summary
We are in search of a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role is pivotal in enhancing the quality of life for our clients through effective rehabilitation and therapeutic interventions. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their therapy needs.
- Develop tailored treatment plans aimed at improving physical function and mobility.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to address specific patient goals and objectives.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients on exercises and techniques to maintain health and prevent future injuries.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Document patient progress and modify treatment methods based on evaluations.
Qualifications
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development in the field.
