Perform outpatient physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized, goal-based treatment plans for a diverse caseload. Collaborate with the rehab team and physicians while educating patients on home exercise programs and self-management. Requires a BS, MPT/MSPT, or DPT degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program and an Oregon Physical Therapist license. Candidates must also hold a current American Heart Association BLS certification.
