Job Summary
The Physical Therapist is tasked with conducting face-to-face assessments and devising tailored treatment strategies aimed at enhancing patient mobility and meeting recovery objectives. This role involves not only direct patient interaction but also educational components for both patients and their caregivers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough in-person evaluations of patients.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
- Track and document the progress of patients throughout their treatment journey.
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment processes and rehabilitation techniques.
- Ensure the clinical environment is safe, organized, and maintained to high standards.
Qualifications
- A degree in Physical Therapy from a program accredited by the APTA.
- Possession of a current Physical Therapy license in Texas.
- Experience ranging from 2 to 5 years in the field of physical therapy.
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
