**Physical Therapist**
The Physical Therapist will assess the physical conditions of patients and create individualized treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic exercises and hands-on manual therapy techniques. This role involves ensuring precise clinical documentation and working alongside multidisciplinary teams to uphold a high standard of patient care. Applicants must possess a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program and must have valid state licensure or be eligible for licensure. Exceptional clinical assessment abilities, along with the capability to execute physical tasks associated with patient therapy, are essential.
