The physical therapist is tasked with assessing and treating individuals experiencing physical limitations to enhance their movement, functionality, and self-sufficiency in everyday activities. This position involves delivering expert care based on physician directives and providing guidance to both family members and the healthcare team. Applicants must have an active state license to practice as a physical therapist and maintain a current driver’s license along with automobile liability coverage. The position necessitates reliable transportation and the capability to drive under diverse weather conditions for the purpose of delivering care directly in patients’ homes.
