Job Title: Physical Therapist / Physical Therapist Assistant
Deliver comprehensive musculoskeletal care that merges physical therapy with tailor-made orthopedic bracing and remote therapeutic monitoring. Leverage AI-driven technologies to optimize documentation processes and improve patient recovery results while working within current home-based clinical systems. A valid state-specific license as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant is required. Applicants should be currently engaged in a home health or in-home patient care environment and possess dependable personal transportation.
