**Job Title: Physical Therapist**
The physical therapist is responsible for evaluating and treating individuals with various medical conditions to enhance mobility, alleviate pain, and restore functional abilities. Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team, they execute tailored care plans and engage in ongoing efforts to improve quality standards. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program in physical therapy and have a current license to practice in Wisconsin. Furthermore, certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association is mandatory.
