**Job Title: Physical Therapy Assistant**
Deliver proficient physical therapy interventions under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist to enhance resident mobility and promote independence. Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team and spearhead wellness initiatives throughout the community. Applicants must possess an Associate Degree in Physical Therapy Assisting along with a valid state license or be eligible for licensure. Candidates should demonstrate strong documentation skills and the ability to perform the physical duties associated with therapy.
