Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse to join our Sleep Medicine team in Kailua Kona, Hawaii. This position requires an individual with a strong clinical background and an interest in delivering specialized care to patients with sleep disorders.
Responsibilities
- Conducts detailed medical history assessments for patients referred for sleep consultations.
- Evaluates and diagnoses sleep-related conditions in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- Formulates treatment plans and recommends appropriate interventions based on patient evaluations.
- Maintains accurate and comprehensive patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Educates patients and their families about sleep disorders and management strategies.
- Participates in ongoing professional development and training to remain current in the field of sleep medicine.
Qualifications
- Current certification as a Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, or APRN.
- Relevant experience in sleep medicine or a similar clinical setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
