Job description
The provider is tasked with conducting patient evaluations, determining diagnoses, and implementing treatment plans, while overseeing daily rounds and collaborating with the healthcare team. They also document patient histories, request diagnostic examinations, and offer instructions for post-discharge care. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree along with graduation from a recognized Physician Assistant program, or a Master’s degree from a Nurse Practitioner program. It is essential for candidates to have active licensure in New York State and relevant national certifications for this position.
