Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pulmonary care and management to patients.
- Perform assessments and develop treatment plans for patients undergoing lung transplant procedures.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests including laboratory examinations and x-rays.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois.
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Experience in pulmonary or transplant care preferred.
