Job Summary
The Medical Director is pivotal in delivering patient care while steering the clinic’s medical framework and working alongside the team to achieve the best clinical results. This role includes management of clinical staff, supervision of clinic operations, and fostering relationships with clients and insurance providers.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and establish clinical best practices.
- Lead and manage a team of clinicians to enhance performance and productivity.
- Oversee the daily operations of the clinic to ensure efficient functioning.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and payer organizations.
Qualifications
- Possession of an active and unrestricted medical license.
- Must hold a DEA license with the eligibility to participate in Medicare.
- Board certification or eligibility in a specialty recognized by ABMS or AOA is preferred.
