Job description
The Physician Specialist performs detailed medical evaluations and physical assessments for individuals at the Chester Mental Health Center. This role involves overseeing medical treatment protocols, offering emergency interventions, and keeping accurate documentation in patient medical records. Applicants are required to possess an active Illinois Physician and Surgeon License and have successfully finished an accredited residency in Internal Medicine. Furthermore, candidates must have a valid Illinois Controlled Substance License and a DEA Registration Certificate.
