**Job Title: Primary Care Physician**
We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to deliver thorough primary health care services to patients within a collaborative medical home framework, while overseeing mid-level practitioners. Key responsibilities include maintaining clinical records, conducting patient consultations, providing after-hours support, and engaging in quality enhancement initiatives. The ideal candidate will hold an MD or DO degree, possess 3-5 years of clinical experience, and have a valid California medical license. Board certification is required, and candidates should demonstrate the capability to connect with underserved communities effectively.
