The physician will diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions while coordinating patient care within an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities also include performing screenings, managing medications, and maintaining accurate electronic health records. Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree and have completed an accredited residency in Family or Internal Medicine. A current, unrestricted medical license and at least two years of recent outpatient primary care experience are required.
