**Plant Operations Assistant**
The Plant Operations Assistant collaborates with the Plant Operations Director to uphold the functionality of community facilities, tools, and equipment. Responsibilities include addressing maintenance requests and ensuring a safe environment for residents, guests, and staff. Applicants should have a minimum of two years of experience in multi-unit maintenance, with some supervisory background, along with a solid understanding of construction, plumbing, and HVAC systems. The role also demands physical capability, including the ability to lift weights exceeding 50 pounds and engage in physically active tasks throughout the workday.
