Job Summary
The role involves delivering platform engineering assistance for DFAS NIPRNet and unclassified enclaves, focusing on resolving advanced Tier 3 support tickets. The engineer will also aid in the integration of new technologies, oversee infrastructure monitoring, and ensure comprehensive documentation of network configurations.
Responsibilities
- Provide platform engineering support for DFAS NIPRNet as well as unclassified enclaves.
- Resolve Tier 3 support tickets related to systems issues.
- Assist in the implementation of new technologies within the infrastructure.
- Monitor the infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
- Document network configurations accurately and comprehensively.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in systems engineering.
- Active Secret security clearance required.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- CompTIA Security+ certification is mandatory.
- Microsoft Azure AZ-801/802 certifications are required.
