Job Summary
This role involves performing psychiatric assessments and creating tailored treatment strategies for patients in various skilled nursing facilities. The position also entails offering clinical support, as well as conducting training and onboarding for both new and existing team members.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations for patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide clinical support to team members.
- Conduct training sessions and onboarding for new providers.
Qualifications
- Must possess National Board Certification as a PMHNP.
- Active APRN license is required.
- DEA license must be held.
- Minimum of one year of psychiatric experience is necessary.
- Experience in post-acute care settings is essential.
