The Policy Advisor is responsible for collaborating with policymakers and various external stakeholders to promote AI safety and offer expert guidance on governance structures. This role includes conducting research, formulating policy proposals, and outlining the specifics for implementing current AI safety initiatives. Ideal candidates will possess a robust experience in government or a solid history in policy advocacy, alongside a thorough comprehension of AI-related risks. Although a formal degree is not necessary, applicants must showcase initiative, diligence, and the skill to convey intricate technical ideas to a variety of audiences.
