The Practice Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily workflow, staff management, and operational performance of the multispecialty clinic. They will collaborate with leadership on strategic planning, financial reporting, and implementing quality improvement initiatives to ensure excellent patient care. Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in a clinical or hospital setting, including knowledge of medical insurance and coding. A high school diploma is required, while a bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business administration is strongly preferred.
