Investigate personal injury claims by identifying involved parties, researching background information and social media, and analyzing findings for evidence of negligence. Prepare detailed reports, notify potential insurance carriers, send required correspondence, and communicate findings to attorneys and management while maintaining confidentiality. A high school diploma or GED is required, and a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice or a related field is a plus; at least two years of relevant experience is preferred. Candidates should have strong research, organizational, critical-thinking, communication, and detail-oriented skills, discretion with confidential information, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; FileVine experience is preferred.
