Job Summary
The Press Operator I will be responsible for operating and managing the press machinery during the night shift. This role is crucial in ensuring the production process runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards. The position offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate printing presses during the night shift.
- Monitor press operations to ensure quality production.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Document production records and report any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing setting preferred.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
