Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Adult Medicine team in San Francisco, California. This role requires a bilingual professional who will thrive in a dynamic primary care environment, collaborating closely with a supportive team composed of medical providers, nurses, medical assistants, and behavioral health clinicians to deliver comprehensive patient care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in a vibrant primary care setting.
- Collaborate effectively with a diverse team including medical staff and behavioral health specialists.
- Assist in the management of adult patients’ healthcare needs.
Qualifications
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant through a recognized Family or Adult/Geriatric Program.
- Bilingual proficiency to effectively communicate with a diverse patient population.
- Ability to work onsite and engage in collaborative care with a multidisciplinary team.
