Job Summary
This position is responsible for guiding the architecture, design, and development of embedded software for both new products and significant upgrades. The role involves managing intricate software projects while providing mentorship to team members and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity protocols and engineering standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and design processes for embedded software.
- Oversee the development of software for new products and major modifications.
- Coordinate complex software initiatives to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor team members in best practices and technical skills.
- Ensure adherence to cybersecurity measures and engineering standards throughout the development process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant scientific discipline.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in embedded software development.
- Authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
