The Principal Engineer will be responsible for steering the architecture, design, and strategic engineering initiatives for the OnePRM Salesforce platform aimed at enhancing patient services. This position oversees engineering teams and vendor relationships to create scalable, secure, and compliant CRM solutions, while promoting innovation and modernization. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree along with a minimum of 8 years of experience in application strategy, architecture, and Salesforce CRM development. A robust understanding of Salesforce ecosystem tools, integration methodologies, and leadership in enterprise-level projects is essential.
