Architect and build scalable, reliable multimodal training input pipelines, from certified game capture through data processing and delivery to accelerators. Set pipeline standards and performance targets, diagnose cross-layer bottlenecks and failures, and lead architecture reviews while mentoring engineers and partnering with research and infrastructure teams. Requires 20+ years of development experience, including ownership of production distributed-training input systems and measurable improvements to performance, reliability, recovery, or cost. Candidates should have deep expertise in large-scale training frameworks and accelerator parallelism, multimodal data ingestion, dataset management, deterministic and fault-tolerant loading, and profiling distributed systems.
