The Principal Network Engineer is pivotal in designing, implementing, and sustaining advanced network solutions that enhance organizational performance. This role entails leading network projects, providing expert guidance, and ensuring the network infrastructure is robust, secure, and scalable to meet business demands.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex network architecture to optimize performance and security.

- Offer technical leadership and mentorship to junior network staff and propose best practices.
- Manage network performance monitoring and troubleshooting processes to resolve issues swiftly.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in networking to ensure competitive advantages.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in network engineering with a focus on design and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, security, and best engineering practices.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting complex network issues and optimizing performance.
- Ability to lead projects and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Relevant network certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE) are advantageous.
