**Job Title: Lending Assistant**
The Lending Assistant plays a crucial role in the lending team by overseeing loan documentation, servicing processes, and facilitating client communications. Additionally, this position includes support for various administrative functions such as gathering financial data, preparing reports, and liaising with bank officers. Applicants should possess a minimum of three years of experience in loan processing or servicing within a financial setting. A high school diploma is mandatory, while a bachelor’s degree is highly regarded. Candidates must demonstrate excellent customer service abilities and proficient computer skills.
