Job description
Job Title: Home Health Nurse
Provide thorough in-home evaluations and create customized care strategies for patients within a five-county area. Ensure precise electronic health records are maintained and work closely with the healthcare team to facilitate seamless care for patients. Candidates must possess a valid and active Registered Nurse license in Ohio. A current driver’s license, dependable personal vehicle, and willingness to travel extensively for on-site assessments are necessary.
