**Job Title: BCBA**
The BCBA will be an integral part of the Mobile Crisis Team, conducting behavioral evaluations and intervention strategies while also training staff to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Key responsibilities include crafting and adjusting behavior support plans, tracking outcome data, and contributing to case management and discharge planning processes. Applicants should possess a Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related discipline, along with a valid BCBA license or certification. Additionally, a current driver’s license, auto insurance, and CPR/First Aid certification are necessary.
