Job Summary
The position involves formulating clinically sound treatment plans and providing evidence-based therapy within a play-centered setting. The professional will oversee and guide Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) while working in conjunction with families to establish objectives and monitor progress.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions in a play-focused environment.
- Supervise and mentor RBTs, ensuring quality of care and adherence to treatment protocols.
- Collaborate with families to set specific treatment goals and assess progress over time.
Qualifications
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Strong clinical skills and expertise in behavior analysis.
- Proficient in providing effective supervision and mentorship to staff.
