The LPN will provide clinical support and assist residents with daily living activities while maintaining accurate care documentation. They act as a compassionate liaison between residents, their families, and physicians to ensure a safe and engaging environment. Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Vocational Nursing program and hold an active LVN/LPN license. Experience in senior or memory care settings is preferred, along with the ability to perform physical tasks like lifting up to 50 lbs.
