The Process Engineer is responsible for optimizing processes, facilitating the launch of new products, and enhancing safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness. This role involves diagnosing production challenges and collaborating across departments to establish efficient manufacturing solutions. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a closely related technical discipline and 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing. Proficiency in automation, robotics, and PLCs is essential, alongside excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
