They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage new mold sampling, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, and implement long-term process improvements. Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in a technical field and possess 5 to 7 years of experience in plastic processing. Proficiency in 3D CAD software, scientific molding techniques, and robot programming is required, along with the ability to perform physical tasks like lifting 50 lbs.
