Job Summary
Jacobs, recognized as one of the leading and most forward-thinking engineering firms, is seeking an enthusiastic and inquisitive Process Mechanical Engineer to join our team. This role involves working on water and wastewater projects, primarily supporting operations from the Corvallis, OR office, while being located in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and optimization of mechanical systems for water and wastewater treatment facilities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Conduct analysis and assessments to improve the efficiency of processes related to water and wastewater management.
- Support project development phases, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards learning and innovation.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities are essential for collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in water/wastewater engineering is advantageous but not mandatory.
