The Process Technician is responsible for setting up, diagnosing, and maintaining process controls on production equipment to ensure efficiency and quality. They will lead troubleshooting efforts, perform mold changes, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates should have an associate or technical degree and at least two years of experience in a process technician role. A strong understanding of manufacturing methods and demonstrated leadership skills are required.
