Job Summary
The role involves operating machines and robotic systems to efficiently wash, sort, load, and package eggs while ensuring that hygienic standards are upheld and conducting quality evaluations. This position requires an individual who can handle various production responsibilities while maintaining a high level of operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and robots for the washing, sorting, loading, and packing of eggs.
- Ensure sanitary conditions are maintained throughout the production process.
- Carry out quality checks to ensure product standards are met.
- Inspect supplies and equipment for optimal functionality.
- Utilize powered jacks to move products and materials as needed.
- Execute additional production-related duties as required.
Qualifications
- A minimum of one year experience in an industrial or comparable physically demanding setting.
- Experienced in adhering to safety and quality protocols.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
- Basic mathematical skills essential for production tasks.
- Capability to frequently lift or maneuver up to 60 pounds.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices is essential.
