Job Summary
The Product Engineer at Plant 3 is responsible for supporting and enhancing the development of innovative product solutions, ensuring that they meet both quality standards and customer expectations. This role involves collaborating closely with various teams to drive projects from initial concept through to production while facilitating continuous improvement processes.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product design and development.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance product efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide technical support and expertise throughout the manufacturing process.
- Document findings and generate reports to communicate progress and challenges to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to inform product development strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in product engineering or a similar role within a manufacturing setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in CAD software and engineering analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
