Job Summary
The Product Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire security product lifecycle for Dell Server and rack-scale offerings. This role encompasses feature innovation, product launch, and support once the product is on the market. The manager will play a crucial role in coordinating responses to vulnerabilities, handling customer escalations, and ensuring seamless collaboration amongst cross-functional teams to provide secure and efficient infrastructure solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the security product lifecycle from inception through to market support.
- Oversee feature development and facilitate successful product launches.
- Coordinate responses to identified vulnerabilities.
- Manage escalations from customers effectively.
- Align cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of secure infrastructure solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, hardware planning, or security engineering.
- In-depth knowledge of server architecture and firmware.
- Strong background in enterprise security technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and engage stakeholders without direct authority.
