Job description
**Job Title: Product Quality Engineer**
The Product Quality Engineer will oversee the comprehensive quality program for direct-to-film printing, establishing and implementing color management and technical standards across a network of distributed printers. This role will involve spearheading continuous improvement efforts, performing audits, and offering technical support to cross-functional teams to maintain exceptional levels of color accuracy and durability. Ideal candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline along with a minimum of 5 years of practical experience in print quality engineering or prepress. A deep understanding of color space management, ICC profiling, and professional RIP software is essential, as is the willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
