The Product Quality Engineer will define and execute quality processes for missile programs, collaborating with design and manufacturing teams to ensure product health and performance. They will lead root cause analysis, manage quality metrics, and oversee the transition from new product introduction to sustainable high-rate manufacturing. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and possess significant experience in missile or high-velocity vehicle manufacturing and quality systems. Proficiency in quality methodologies like APQP, PPAP, and FMEA, along with the ability to obtain a U.S. TS/SCI security clearance, is required.
