Job description
**Product Specialist**
The Product Specialist is responsible for formulating and implementing the product strategy while working closely with various teams to enhance product development and achieve market success. This position also provides technical support to the sales team, oversees product performance assessments, and serves as an escalation point for customer support issues. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Math, Business, or a related discipline. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in product management or data analytics and should be skilled in Salesforce and analytical data tools.
