The Production Assistant II is responsible for operating industrial sewing and cutting equipment to manufacture harness components according to work orders. They also perform quality control inspections, maintain workstation cleanliness, and document production processes accurately. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of related manufacturing experience. Proficiency in reading English, interpreting work orders, and basic computer skills are required.
