The Production Associate is responsible for operating manufacturing machinery to assemble and inspect products while maintaining equipment settings. They must also collect statistical data, ensure quality standards are met, and perform housekeeping duties like 5S and TPM. Candidates should be willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and be flexible with shift work and overtime. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with previous experience in manufacturing or operating mechanical machinery.
