The Production Associate plays a key role in managing the loading and unloading of components on the paint and wash lines, while adhering to appropriate hanging techniques. This position involves conducting quality checks, tracking inventory changes, and upholding cleanliness within the workspace. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and exhibit fundamental skills in math, reading, and writing. Prior experience in a job shop setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
