Job Summary
The Production Associate plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process by carrying out various operations such as kitting, bonding, coating, and packaging of consumables, while ensuring adherence to quality standards. This position also entails the operation of laboratory equipment, conducting preventive maintenance, and managing work orders through an ERP system.
Responsibilities
- Execute manufacturing operations, including kitting, bonding, coating, and packaging.
- Ensure manufacturing processes meet quality standards.
- Operate laboratory equipment and perform preventive maintenance.
- Process work orders utilizing an ERP system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma or an associate degree.
- Experience in a production environment, specifically with ERP tools.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.
