Job Summary
The Production Associate plays a vital role in the assembly and testing of Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) units. This position involves ensuring the quality of products through rigorous quality control processes, as well as promoting a tidy workspace while contributing to ongoing improvements in assembly processes.
Responsibilities
- Assemble Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) units effectively.
- Conduct testing procedures to ensure product functionality.
- Implement quality control checks on assembled units.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace during manufacturing operations.
- Support process improvement initiatives on the production line.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing or factory setting.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Mechanical knowledge is essential for effective performance in this role.
