Job Summary
The Production Coordinator plays a vital role in overseeing the review, coordination, and acceleration of repair parts within the production process to guarantee timely delivery. In addition, this position involves managing customer inquiries related to repair status while providing assistance to the production team in areas such as inventory management and performance monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the review and coordination of repair parts to ensure they flow smoothly through production.
- Expedite parts as necessary to maintain scheduled delivery timelines.
- Communicate with customers to provide updates regarding the status of their repairs.
- Support the production team in managing inventory levels effectively.
- Track performance metrics to aid in the production efficiency analysis.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- One to three years of relevant experience in a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
