Job description
**Job Title: Technician**
The technician is responsible for conducting preventive maintenance and repairs on both production and facility equipment, which encompasses mechanical and electrical systems. This role involves diagnosing equipment malfunctions, recording the work completed, and suggesting enhancements to improve efficiency and production yield. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience or specialized training. Applicants should be physically fit to lift up to 50 pounds, work at elevated levels, and function in environments without climate control.
