Job description
**Shift Lead**
The Shift Lead oversees production operations, upholds safety standards, and guarantees product quality by making necessary machine adjustments and conducting equipment evaluations. In addition, this role entails training team members, handling production metrics, and addressing any operational challenges on the shop floor. Applicants should have experience in timber yards, sawmills, or industrial logistics, complemented by strong leadership and communication capabilities. A High School Diploma or GED is necessary, as is the capacity to thrive in a dynamic and high-noise workplace.
